If CopyHaven isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying, for any reason.

How to ask

Email support@copyhaven.com.au, or reply to the email your licence key came in, within 30 days of buying. You don't need to say why, though we'd like to know if something didn't work for you. The refund goes back the way you paid, through Paddle, who run our shop. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Once it's refunded, the licence key stops working from the next update of CopyHaven. Your backups stay on your drive, and Restore and Check backup keep working, so you can always get your files back.

After 30 days

We'll still help if something's wrong: just email us. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which include a remedy when software doesn't do what it should.
